FAQs of Document Scanner


(1) Q: Why the error light keep flashing even I have restarted the scanner?

A: It should be because the scanner got in the calibration mode, please follow the steps about the white balance calibration in the manual to finish the calibration process, with the calibration card that comes with the box.


(2) Q: Why after installing the OCR software ABBYY FineReader V11, it says that it needs to pay for using?

A: Please re-install the software and don’t select any option to update when in the install process.


(3) Q: Why the scanner stop scanning during the scanning process?

A: It is related to the speed you move the scanner when scanning. please don’t scan with too fast or too slow speed, otherwise it will stop scanning or scan a poor image.
