A: First, search and connect the printer by the Bluetooth of the computer(The PIN for pairing is 1234 or 0000). Check the port number generated in the printer properties, and install the driver. Then you you can add the port in the POS-58 driver to print.

A: For Bluetooth connect with iOS, our printer currently only support to connect with by our demo App ‘pos-printerV1.0’, you can search and download the App on iOS AppStore.
A: Our print only support one on one Bluetooth connection, so please check whether the printer has connected with another device. If so, please disconnect it before you re-connecting with new device.
A: Please check if the insulation sticker on the battery has been ripped off, and it could be also related to the low power, you can try to charge it for about 30 minutes before you turn on again.
A: It might because there are stains on the printer head or the roller. You can clean them by a piece of cloth with alcohol. If it doesn’t work, please change new thermal paper to print, the quality of the paper will also lead to unclear printing.
