Received on time and right size

All functions work as intended. The app for the printer could use more setting options but once you get the hang of it it does what it is supposed to do.

The printer is very easy to connect. It prints clearly, and lines up great. NO issues so far with waisting stickers to get them aligned.

I the 2 " Circle label is perfect for my startup business.

Great product, but very difficult to set up shipping labels to print 4x6 on a Mac through Squarespace. Finally, figured out to just print through the Munbyn app on my phone, but it took over 2 weeks to get to that point.

The labels are a great vibrant color to stick out for my thank you notes.

Love this product! Works great out of the box with the starter kit.

It arrived quicklyand I love the roll holder, went together without a problem and solved the problem of printing from the roll.

The only complaint, I bought a 2-color printer and there is only 1size label (2" round) available for this printer. It would be nice to have 3" round and 4x6" labels also in these labels

I absolutely love the RealWriter 405B! Setup was easy, and it works smoothly. The printing quality is sharp and clean, which is exactly what I need for my small business. It has made my workflow much more efficient. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Overall, I had a good experience. There was a small delay with the delivery tracking — it showed “out for delivery” for a couple of days before it actually arrived. I contacted customer service, and they were very kind and responsive. The package arrived the next day after reaching out. The outer plastic was a bit dirty, but the box was in perfect condition, no scratches at all. I’m satisfied with the outcome.

Wife loved the ease of setup

I only tested it out with a few labels but it seems to work well. I like that it's battery powered.
