Why are there some white spots in the printed labels?

The printer head has gotten dirty. Please clean the print head by following steps.

1. Turn off the printer and waiting it to cool down.
2. Use the provided alcohol pads to wipe the printer head. Any 70% sopropyl Alcohol pad would work. They are commonly available in pharmacies and grocery stores as well as on Amazon.
3. Clean the highlighted areas in picture below.

4. Allow 2-3 minutes for components to dry, then turn ITPP941 back on.
5. The same issue can be caused by driver exception occasionally. If the printer is still not working well after steps 1-4, please uninstall ITPP941 and restart your computer. Then, re-install the driver: https://bit.ly/ITPP941-drivers
