MUNBYN IMC08 Bank-Grade Mixed Denomination Money Counter

Have 2 diffent models from Munbyn so far and they are exceeding expectations from the previous money counters i have had!

Using product for a very busy restaurant/pub in a downtown area of a big city. Over 1 year of heavy use and I was very happy with the machine until I kept receiving the same sensor error. It was an uncommon issue and they replaced our machine with another very quickly. Thanks for everything.

There are so many different ways yo set this up but I opted for it to just count and show me how much. Worked like a charm. In my video, you can see that it hesitated on one bill. However, when I ran them again, facing the other direction, it went straight through. You can hook it up to your computer and keep records easier that way but I keep an old fashioned hand ledger. It also comes with extra fuses, cleaning brush, cloth etc. It literally has everything I needed and then some. It's small and not heavy so if you need to move it, it's simple to carry. The design is sleek as well.

This machine is such a great quality. It has a decent weight so it stays in place and is so far accurate on counting. I like that it has the ability to sort among other many great high quality features. The machine turns on from the back initially which was a bit confusing because it appeared the on/off switch is in the front. Mine defaulted to US currently which most features I need already set as the default. I will learn more as I get more used to using it but so far it works great.

We use the machine to count dollar bills daily. And it works not so smoothly sometime. The service people promise to send a replacement after checking.

Ordered 3 of these, happy with all of them! Had an uncommon issue with one machine and after contacting Munbyn service, they shipped a new one very quickly and I returned the broken one. Thanks

Great counter and sorter machine. I use mixed denomination bills and is great in auto mode. The customer service is superb, I have to add new denomination bill and they help me to fix it immediately.

The money detector is very easy to use, the money counting speed is fast and the detection is accurate. The after-sales team was very responsive and provided effective?assistance. And if unfortunately your money detetor not work they will take care thanks appreciate with business

Make my work easier, great customer service. Love it. After one year of purchase my machine give me trouble then I contact customer service. They are very ausom ppl. Solve the problem right away. IMC08 is worth every penny, with smooth bill counting and exceptional customer service, they quickly resolved an issue with my machine.

I got this one for my first laundromat (acquiring the second one next month). I simply didn't want to sort banknotes for an hour every other day. This machine does everything I need and more! I had to read the manual to get the jest of the full features, and discovered even more features from the manual. Yes, it's expensive, but so is time. This thing will give me more time with the family instead of the dull duty of separating banknotes.Plus, as others have said, the customer service is awesome. I had a quick question and they answered it promptly. This one isn't for every business person, and they have other models, but their top-of-the-line is one to behold!

I have been using a much more expensive machine for decades but it finally died and they don't make the parts any more. This machine sorts by bill, by face up or down and you can batch small batches. I have saved about 3 hrs a day with this. There is a digital display of some sort included with a memory stick that i will likely never use but clearly there are more capabilities. Came with a little dust brush and some other accessories seen in the last photo. Really very easy to use. User manual is intelligible. So happy I bought this.

This money counting machine is very accurate and can detect even fake money. I tried a fake dollar on it and it was able to reject it which is very good. This machine has a lot of features that I couldn't even use it all which can be daunting for some people if they do not have some technology background. The machine is heavy and does take up a lot of space and it is a very expensive machine. If you have a cash business this is a good machine but for the price though it is kind of expensive, I mean there are other money counting machine that is cheaper but that all depend on what kind of features you need it to have. For me I just need it to count the money and get it done as quickly as possible but for you it might not be the case. This machine just has too many extra features for me but overall it is a good product though.

Had issues with the original one we got but the company promptly send me a replacement and has been very helpful with tech support.

The bill counter jams too often compared to the Cummins dual pocket bill counter. I would say it will jam once ever 500-1000 bills. I use the machine in sort mode often and it does the job. I wish I could turn off counterfeit detection to lower the rejection rate. I think the machine would work fine for most people but at a banking center, it��s not built for that kind of volume.

Today I like to pull things out of the box and Go...Dont wanna Trouble shoot or try and figure things out I like simple and this was Not Simple. However, after a few hours of reading and testing and calibrating the Money Machine things became just that SIMPLE like a light when off in my head. There are certain ways one must adhere that will make you LOVE this machine. Ive posted a Video on You Tube (Shelton Landon Videos) If your having any type of problems with this unit check me out BEFORE you TRASH IT...Trust me because I was on the verge of returning this unit. Now I'm totally Satisfied..Calibration is a big KEY in my videos I'll show you how with ease, I'm serious my dog can do this....

I bought a Munbyn money counter just over a 2 years ago. The machine was working great until recently it started giving me trouble. I got in touch with the Munbyn customer service and went through a series of steps to troubleshooting the machine. They realized the machine couldn��t be fixed and agreed to send a new bill counter to replace the old one.

I use this machine on a daily basis and never had any issues with it.....

This is the best Money Counter hands down!! Everything you need in one device. Can Put Mixed Bills in there and it counts TOTAL VALUE. Also Detects Counterfeit bills.
