Received printer but it��s not calibrating or printing. I��m a bit disappointed because I wanted to use it to create labels for my daughter��s birthday party. Asking for a replacement please.**Update customer service rep was very helpful and swift to respond. I received a brand new thermal printer as a replacement.

I use this for my soap business, great product to create black and white labels. This is a thermal printer so cannot use on candles
Update: after having it for a while, and cleaning the head a few times. I still have the skip in ink when printing. It's enough to be aggravating and disheartening. Makes me loose interest in using the printer after trying to fix the issue with no fix forthcoming.It's an outstanding thermal printer. I am a crafter and I am always finding uses for this little go gether. Setup was a snap, it stay connected to all devices plus there are tons of templates to customize. My only tick is, and I would love some advice on this is I have a skip in the ink at print. It doesn't seem to matter the label size or brand.
I operate a microbakery out of my home, this label printer printed super fast! It was easy to set up. It is a little noisy but nothing over the top. A quality product at a great price! I haven��t used the wireless option yet.

There is no download able software. After contacting their team I was able to get the web browser. The app worked in the meantime. When my 10 free shipping lables were missing their software sent me a whole box. The quality is okay. I have to make sure the font is large and thick to make clear. It doesn't do well with images unless their is minimal details. I can still find use for this in my business but not as a label for my products (soap, candles and bathbombs) I switched to cardstock or sticker paper with a lamented cover. I use now for my kids, salsa labels for personal use, and body butter for personal use. I have even used for quick thank you or happy Birthday 2in rounds, something I know won't be kept for more than a month or touched often.
Amazing for the most part, it has a hard time centering words so when it says its centered then mostly like it is not. Just have to mess around with it
I just received this little printer. It was very easy to install on my computer. I also printed labels from my iPhone and IPad with the free app. The little printer takes very little space and works perfectly as a shipping label printer and barcode printer. I am not good with computers but installation and configuration was very easy.Will update the review when tested with my Android device with Bluetooth connection.So far the printer works great.
Easy to set up and use. Creates good quality labels. The software can be a bit frustrating to use, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy.
The MUNBYN Thermal USB Printer does have the necessary drivers for the USB connection, but the major failing is the complete lack of accompanying user-friendly printer software or utility application for Windows.While the drivers technically allow the computer to recognize the device, there is no proper application or utility provided by the manufacturer to easily manage settings, calibrate labels, test prints, or facilitate seamless integration into a standard Windows desktop workflow. I spent hours trying to get this printer working for basic label printing, only to find the hardware is crippled by the manufacturer��s failure to provide the essential software layer. The device has a physical feature (the USB port) that is functionally useless for easy desktop operation without the necessary application support. This massive usability oversight makes the printer a headache for Windows users relying on a direct connection.

Ive tried multiple thermal printers and this is by far my favorite one, I think I might be in love. I��ve been so picky since I just want to label everything in my home, and this has been my perfect go-to. It��s so easy to connect to the app and so light you can basically carry it in your bag! The app itself is user friendly with a lot of designs that are great for any label. The quality of the ink is very precise unlike other printers that look gritty and you can change the heaviness of the ink contrast. Just try it and you��ll see, you won��t have to worry about returning it.
Absolutely love this. I actually use it a lot more than I thought I would. Worth every penny.

My favorite printer!! I am a small sourdough business owner and this is one of the best purchases I��ve made. The app is easy to navigate, i can input my own designs, full saturation nothing looks grainy!! I use it every week for markets!
I love this little machine! So easy to use! I have struggled with label making for years with my candles. Smudging ink, wasting labels that won't line up properly... so frustrating!! This Munbyn label maker has been my best purchase in a while. I can create labels on chatgpt and print them out on the Munbyn. I willingly sacrifice labels with color for the ease of this printer. It takes no time at all to customize and print with Munbyn and Chatgpt. Prints fast too!! Love this product!!
This is a game changer for my small home bakery! The labels are easy to make and the app is user friendly. You can make labels on Canva too and print on this. It's also easy to print prepaid labels from PirateShip for sending packages. You can also freeze these and they are still beautiful when taken out of the freezer.
