Love how fast it prints and that I never have to buy ink again 🙃 😍
The quality it's okay at best. Printing doesn't look professional looks like a home jet printer. I'll be looking for alternatives. In the mean time it's all I got.
I had to dig deep in the internet to find the bluetooth driver for my laptop. The manual that came with the printer didn't have any info about it, just for iphone or android. Also, when I printed 10 labels, it printed 3 and stopped. I had to restart it.
I am so disappointed with my experience with Munbyn. I researched so much and this one kept coming up as the one to buy, so I did. It worked sporadically for a few prints but then kept printing sideways or not fitting to scale, never matching the settings. After trying everything under the sun to fix it, customer service said they would send me a replacement and that was two weeks ago. They aren't responding to me and I haven't received a new one. Very disappointed.
They work great. I use them for labeling transport cases and they stick well and don't leave a residue on the printer.
I have been able to use this for shipping and my business from home perfectly, I love the features it provides, I found it was incredibly easy to get set up, and I need to emphasize that the print quality is superb ? it's actually improved on the other printer I had previously noticeably and the prints feel instantaneous. While I have no need to print thousands of labels all at once I have no doubt this would be very capable of handling that process and additionally that it would do so quickly. The printed looks beautiful and really stands out, and I love the included roll holder, which is the reason I was only using folded flat papers before, but now can easily do rolls. I have not had any jams or delays even while printing and have to say it's been incredibly easy to use while being extremely reliable.
The printer will not connect (even with the usb connected to my router). The light stays green. My internet provider was even contacted and provided a hard reboot of my modem/router. I have called customer service for tech support twice and only get a recording to leave a message. Two messages have been left almost 4 hours apart. Still no communication for resolving my issue. I want to return all of my purchase but of course there is no area on the order form or website in order to make a return. There is a 14 day window for returns after receiving the product. My 14 days isn't up and I want to return.
I have other munbyn products and they are always great. This is no exception. I love that it comes with a label holder included and it all sits together nicely. Prints look great and the machine runs perfect. Having a replaceable head too is awesome, so when it eventually wears out, I don't have to replace the whole unit, I can just buy a new head for it! Genius. Size is perfect and smaller than some of my others that do the same thing which is nice. I highly recommend this printer if you want something easy to use and can be repaired without needing to replace the whole thing.
Labels were the perfect size for my cookie buckets! Printing was super easy and peeling stickers off to put on the buckets was simple and fast.
This printer is awesome and worked very well for printing labels for my cookie buckets. I was able to use it while at the festival with no issues!
First, the build quality of this printer is pretty good. It seems that Munbyn is trying to at least build a good reputation for themselves. It's not the highest quality thing in the world, but it does feel pretty nice. I'm not sure if it's $220 nice, but it's by no means bad. I think I'd like it more if the paper tray actually secured to the printer.Setup on Windows was a little finnicky for me. Perhaps that's just because I got to review this before release, but I wouldn't count on improvements being released this close to the launch date. The printer isn't always recognized when I plug it into my computer. Perhaps it's an issue with the included USB-C adapter- I can't tell for sure. But at the very least, I do manage to make it work. I did have to reinstall drivers once. No clue why. Although I've had no issues since then.Further on the Windows driver, there's a little confusion as to setting the page size. Apparently when you set a custom paper size, you need to save that paper size, and then set it as the active paper. I didn't realize it didn't just change to the size you submitted, and it was throwing me for a loop for a while.I haven't tried the bluetooth connectivity yet, but I imagine that's a smoother process than what I experienced with a USB connection. I personally just don't want another app on my phone when my computer can do the job.Print function and quality is great once you have the thing set up. I'm glad they also included some standard shipping labels for you to try out in case you don't have a supply yet. I had no issue using some small 3rd party labels, aside from the size brackets on the printer not being the best.Overall, I think this printer could be really good for a more serious user, like somebody with an eBay store or has a lot of thermal label jobs. It prints fast and reliably once properly configured. I'd personally like to see an update to the firmware to improve USB connectivity, I'm just not sure if we'll get that.
Compact size, good printing, compatible with standard labels:This label printer has a fairly compact size and can be placed on a small desk or similar without taking up too much space. The product is able to print labels quickly and with a good resolution. I've had no issues with the text and the barcodes are fully scannable. The product works perfectly with the standard 4x6 inch labels and is simple to load.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
This thermal label printer has been a total game-changer for my small Etsy shop, handling 4x6 shipping labels like a pro without any ink hassles. The Bluetooth setup was a breeze on my iPhone, connecting in seconds and printing wirelessly from anywhere in the house. I love the replaceable print head¡ªit's easy to swap out when needed, saving me from downtime or expensive repairs. The paper holder keeps rolls secure and tidy, preventing jams during busy packing days. It prints super fast at 72 pages per minute with sharp 203 DPI resolution, making barcodes and addresses crisp and scannable every time. The only downside is the mobile app could be more intuitive for custom templates, but it works fine for standard shipping. It's quiet too, so I can run it during family time without complaints. Overall, it's a reliable, cost-saving essential for any home business!
The printer is great; however, some of the labels are not easy to work with. If you change labels, you waste several at the end of the roll. In addition, I also purchased a roll of Munbyn transparent labels and sadly, those fade within a few days. The thermal does not work very well on them, so not sure why Munbyn sells them. Overall, it's a decent quality printer, for the price. There are others out there that I may have to check into if the customer service does not help out with the transparent label issues I am having.
This printer can definitely print fast, but the design isn't my favorite. The reel in the back is a little bit cheap and seems to be a bit out of place. I feel like they could've integrated that rather than a be separate piece. It has multitudes of connection options, which is definitely nice. It's a good printer overall just wish the design was a little bit better. Takes up a good amount of space because of the reel in the back
This is a surprisingly solid label printer. Given the unknown brand name I didn't know what to expect and found myself impressed. This label printer includes the printer itself, a power cable, a USB cable, and a starter set of 30 4x6 labels. It works with Android/iOS as well as Windows/Mac computers and can be connected to your device via USB-C, USB-A, or Bluetooth.Setup on Windows was a little confusing at first. The instructions weren't very clear, and even for Bluetooth you need to download a driver from the Munbyn website. Once I figured that out (Google helped more than the manual did), the actual setup only took about 15 minutes. After that, it was smooth sailing. The instructions do mention that you have to download a custom app for connecting with an iPhone or Android phone. For printing shipping labels, the quality is exactly what you'd expect from a thermal printer: perfectly readable and functional, though not something I'd use for higher-end product or commercial labels. Where this printer really shines is in speed. It's lightning fast, and the feed-through system makes printing batches of labels quick and efficient. It's a wonderful upgrade from my previous label printer, a DYMO, which required proprietary labels. This Munbyn printer works with labels of many sizes and shapes with a maximum paper width of 4.25 inches and no proprietary labels required for the feed system, making it far more flexible. The printer itself is compact and very portable, small enough to slip into a suitcase pocket if you needed to take it on the go. The included stand is handy for keeping things organized, though it does take up a bit of extra space. All in all, this is a fast, compact, and convenient option for shipping labels, with just a small learning curve on setup.
This MUNBYN Bluetooth thermal label printer has been a total time saver for my small business. Setup was pretty painless, and I love that it connects wirelessly to both my phone and laptop without any fuss. The print quality is crisp and consistent, making shipping labels look professional every time. The included paper holder keeps everything neat and prevents rolls from sliding around, which is a small detail that makes a big difference. It's a little louder than I expected when printing, but not enough to be annoying. Overall, it's a reliable, easy-to-use printer.
I've been a fan of this company for quite some time. I was looking forward to this release when I first heard about it because being able to do two different colors is really a game changer for me. I do a lot of shipping and need a good solid, reliable shipping printer and I've been using one of their previous ones for years now. The game changer here is the dual combination of the head changer, along with the fact that you can print in two colors now. This is a really awesome combination of two unique things. I know that it seems like a lot for a printer since there are plenty of other good ones at much lower prices and I think the price of this will eventually fall. However, I was too excited and I'm an early adopter so for me the price was just right. Setting up and using this is as simple as any of their previous thermal printers. This is a good company that backs their products and a brand that I trust. Overall. I think you'd be very happy with this as well
From my research, this brand makes several different label printers, and this model seems to be their top-of-the-line version. You can download the app and use it to make your own stickers, which is a great bonus. A few sample shipping labels were included, so I tried printing them ¡ª and I was honestly amazed at how fast it prints! The setup and usage are very straightforward, and the design itself looks sleek. I'm excited to keep using it for my shipping needs and more.
This is a really nice thermal shipping label printer. Munbyn makes pretty decent gear, and this represents a new level of achievement in their offerings. Despite the higher initial cost, this is an investment for a long term printer. With a thermal printer, your costs were mostly limited to labels, but when the printer wears out, it needs to be replaced. This unit is modular with a replaceable print head. It's a great concept, and it should work. I love the fact that it doesn't need special drivers to work with major carriers.
Since I do so many shopping, I needed this printer to print labels which I usually print more than 15 a day. This printer works fantastic and labels in compare to my old printer were clear and printing was faster. Also, it does the alignment automatically which was super helpful. There is no need of ink because it's a thermal one as described.
I've been using this Bluetooth thermal label printer to handle shipping labels for my small online business, and it has been a dependable upgrade. Setup was straightforward - pairing with both my Windows laptop and iPhone took under five minutes each using the instructions in the app. I appreciated that the package included a paper holder, which kept the 4x6 labels feeding smoothly without curling or jamming.Print quality has been consistently sharp. Text and barcodes are clear enough for USPS and UPS scans, and I haven't had a single rejection or unreadable code. Labels feed at about one per second, which has kept up easily with batches of 30-40 orders at a time. The print head replacement feature is a thoughtful addition, though I haven't needed to swap yet.Connectivity has been reliable. Over Bluetooth, I printed from my phone without drops, and over USB it worked seamlessly with my laptop's shipping software. Having both wireless and wired options gave me flexibility depending on where I was working. One of the biggest advantages has been efficiency. With thermal printing, I don't need ink or toner, which cuts down on both cost and hassle. The printer runs quietly, and heat buildup hasn't been an issue during long sessions. This printer has simplified and sped up my shipping process. Between the sharp, consistent print quality, easy setup across devices, and the included paper holder, it's been a dependable tool for small business needs.
